August 18, 1941 – January 11, 2024

Phyllis M. Niedbalski, 82, of Irving, NY passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at her home with her family at her side.

She was born on August 18, 1941 in Buffalo, NY, the daughter of the late Elmer and Ethel (nee Howes) Peacock. She married Donald E. Niedbalski and he preceded her in death in 2011.

Phyllis is survived by three children, David (Shirley) Niedbalski of Jamestown, NY, Donna Dietrich of Fredonia, NY and Dianna (Steven) of Cottage, NY; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and her husband Phyllis was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Peacock.

Relatives and friends may call at the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, 160 Central Ave. Silver Creek, NY on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 from 11- 1PM , where a funeral service will follow at 1 PM. Interment will be in the Evergreen Lawn Cemetery.
